Delivery & Returns

Barjoys Catering Supplies  use either Royal Mail  or DPD for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 2pm on the same day. 

Standard Delivery can up to 48-72hours (3 days) - this will cost you a sum of £5.99 if your order is under £50.This is per order not per item so you can add as many items and it will only cost you the one price

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS :  Occassionally some items may be out of stock if this happens we will let you know and you will have the option of keeping the order or cancell

Free  Delivery - you will only receive this service if your order is over £50. 
(please note that we are dependant on DPD's services and therefore cannot guarantee a next day delivery).

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from  Barjoys  Supplies. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund provided the item is returned in a fully resaleable condition.

Request for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.

Should you wish to make a return please email details to Returns@barjoys.co.uk quoting your original order number (which will be found in the top left hand corner of your invoice and starts with the 'hash tag' (#) followed by a 9 digit code) and the reason for the return. We will then email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) code and our returns procedure.

Once the product has been safely returned, we will check that the item is in a fully resaleable condition and will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days. Refunds can only be made to the original card used for the purchase or via Paypal/Google, if applicable. 

IMPORTANT

We strongly advise that you reuse the delivery packaging for the return, to ensure that the item is not damaged in transit. We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or courier of your choice. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
